オリンピックに沸いた8月も終わり，もう9月ですね．
八幡も空気や景色が徐々に秋模様に景色が変わり始めています．
自然館近くではマツムシソウが薄紫の花を見せ始め，

水口谷湿原内でもミゾソバやツユクサが木道近くで咲いています．


どちらも小さくてかわいらしいです．
まだまだ残暑が続く休日を湿原の涼しい空気だけでなく，
鮮やかな青や紫の色で涼むというのも良いかもしれませんね．

アナベルの雲月山初登山レポートです．
トレッキングガイドの方にいろいろお話を聞き，カワラナデシコやオオマツヨイグサ，リョウブなどを観察したようです．
雨だったのが残念でしたが，雲月山をしっかり体験しました．

I climb the Uzutsukizan Mountain during that day the wind is strong including rainy. But everybody still going on and i started taking a pictures, of the wild flowers and their names for ex. Nadeshiko,tsurigane,Matsuyoigusa, and etc. Then we have also a Herbal medicine is what we called Simburi if you have a stomachache, the taste is bitter but may be i think is good for the emergency situation, and we have also a tree the name was Ryobu these tree after a war the leaves and the rice we mix it together to become a food its good idea to survive. The top of the mountain its over looking and we can see a beautiful views around us like road cow’s then the rice fields and may be if the day was sunny you can see also the sea in the distance. It takes two hrs. hiking here.

Today i can survey the mountain from Garyuzan to Hiziriko they are so many Trees like for exam. Hinoki, Sugi and etc. they have also a country houses and also a Mitsudakiifalls then in Okunakahara they have a Otera and Omiya. Then in Uzutsukisam Mountain a Garyudan Mountain and International Ski, they easy to see it well, and also in Saioto Ski.

広島県が開催しているマネジメント研修を受けています。
本日は「人材マネジメントの理論と実践」。午前中は理論の講義でした。
ところどころ自分の所属する組織をチェック項目にあてはめます。
組織を囲む環境や、利害関係者などを挙げます。
目に見えるよう図式化するとわが西中国山地自然史研究会は、地域、行政、ボランティア、個人、マスコミなど多くの方に囲まれ、活動していることがわかります。
人材マネジメントの成果や組織力など、組織を継続し、組織が成長していける力をつけられるよう、しっかり学びたいと思います。
自組織評価のところで、情緒的コミットメント（＝組織への愛情）は◎をつけました。
個人的にではなく、理事さんや組織に関わる方から感じることです。
他は○や△やらいろいろでしたが、こうやって多方面からの見方も大切だということもわかりました。
